The program extends between 6 months and one year in several appointments in a place of your choice. At least one appointment is spent outdoors in re-energizing environment. It is designed to give you a short overview of a few basic brain functions and offer you opportunities to practice and implement those learning in a real life until they become your second nature. By experiencing coaching from a brain perspective will help you be more equipped in understanding of how and why you change and grow.
